What is a Graphic designer

A graphic designer has a varied and transferable skill set that enables them to effectively communicate the needs and wants of their clients into completed artwork and designs.

Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Client facing meetings and brief presentations
  • Preparation of sketches, layouts and templates
  • Research and design development
  • Assessment of production methods to match the client’s needs, requirements and budget
  • Assessment and presentation of production materials and paper stock options for clients
  • Design and develop a wide range of digital and print collateral and other related materials
