What is a Energy & Carbon Auditor

An Energy and Carbon Auditor assess and audits energy and carbon systems to measure output and streamline efficiency. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Survey and inspect buildings
  • Carry out energy audits
  • Manage and maintain accurate reporting and monitoring of data and records
  • Create and implement processes to help business and organisations reduce energy output and carbon emissions
  • Design processes to reduce carbon emissions
  • Implement methods to assess and monitor carbon emissions
  • Audit and review energy efficiency and carbon reduction processes
  • Create reports for clients
  • Providing training for energy efficiency
  • Provide technical advice
  • Assist with technical knowledge and support for engineers
