What is an Accountant
An Accountant prepares financial statements, budgets and forecasts for individuals and corporates alike.
Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:
- Forecast, create and manage budgets
- Prepare and manage tax returns, GST, PAYE and other tax services
- Record income and expenditure statements
- Provide financial advice for cashflow, budgeting and tax
- Audit processes and procedures
- Analysis of business financial statements and performance
- Create and prepare financial reports and statements for companies
- Strategic financial planning
