What is a Hotel Manager
A Hotel Manager is fully responsible for managing and running all aspects of a hotel including hospitality, guest services and more. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:
- Manage, co-ordinate and oversee all marketing activities for the hotel
- Meet and greet visitors, assisting them with the check-in process
- Assist with visitor accommodation bookings
- Co-ordinate and arrange tours and concierge services
- Oversee the day to day management of the hotel website
- Responsible for budgetary requirements and handling accounts
- Manage and oversee health and safety requirements
- Management and training of staff and large staff groups
- Coordination and planning of hotel events
