What does a Data Analyst do?
A Data Analyst studies and reports on analytics and statistics to help businesses accurately forecast and achieve their goals. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:
- Select data, analytics and statics for reporting and analytics
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns within analytics and data
- Gain business insights and make recommendations
- Develop interpreted data reports for clients to help them make sound business decisions
- Measure and test data and analytics sources to ensure that their information is sound
